Don't forget to go the the Culpeper
County Clerk's Office at 135 West Cameron Street or Fauquier County's Clerk's Office to get your marriage
license! They are open Monday through Friday 8:30 am until 4:30 pm. No blood tests are required! Both parties
must appear in front of the clerk! You must have your driver's license in hand. The cost is $30.00 and the license is good
for 60 days in Virginia only! The Clerk of the Court suggests you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to closing as it takes
this long to process your application.
