The menu ranges from appetizers to full dinners.  Prices are reasonable.

Newly renovated, this is a great room with tons of charm.  The train still runs behind the station.  The room is rustic and elegant.  The hard wood floors and the artist paintings adorning the walls are beautiful.  This room is available at awesome rates for weddings, meetings, parties and other events.  They even provide access to a full catering kitchen for an additional fee.  The best thing about this room is that you choose your own vendors or you can do it yourself.  It holds a maximum of 265 people and the large room can be partitioned into individual smaller rooms for reduced rent. This is the only event location of it's kind in the area!

 Susan Hirmer club manager and caterer provide a great package for the facility and food.   Her presentation is unique- ask about the fruit tree for appetizers.  The room is also available with out using her catering staff.  It is available to non members.  The room holds about 100 to 125 people comfortably.  She is very easy to work with at the event!

This used to be known as the Pot and Kettle Club.  The KOC have completely remodeled this building and it is very nice inside.  It is off the beaten path in the county and is good for private parties. Call for details.  Luigi’s from Luigi’s Italian Restaurant is the owner. 

Lignum Ruritan Club 
They offer a pristine facility with modern upgrades.  The interior is a bright white and the tall windows add character.  The entrance is tricky with lots of stairs but they do offer a ramp- which is very sturdy for the disabled.  They have a great setup for a DJ and dance floor on the opposite end of the hall from the kitchen!

These are owned by the town and can be rented for an outside event.  No public bathrooms- only port-a-potties at the Lake. Shared facilities at the Park- but if you have your heart set on a outside wedding- this could be an option.

New for September 2007!! Salem has completed their brand new building!!  It has a huge capacity of 299 people.  It is ADA compliant with large doorways and bathrooms.  The kitchen is expansive and the local Salem Fire Ladies Auxiliary is able to cater or you can bring an outside caterer.  There is plenty of room for dancing and dining.  the BINGO boards retract into the ceiling for a very neutral setting.  It is located one turn off of main street five miles down Route 522 West towards Sperryville at the intersection of Scott's Mill Road.   Nice sized hall all on one level. They have great parking accommodations.  Hall rentals are REASONABLE and it benefits the community.

Very convenient hall north of Culpeper on Rte 229/211 and south of Warrenton as well.   It is one level with easy access parking, large bathrooms and a pretty drive to get there. 

Richardsville Fire Hall

Small fire hall in an out of the way area, Richardsville Fire Hall is a good economical option.  Parking is good with easy building access.

Just outside of Culpeper County, this is a small fire hall with a lot of concrete steps to the reception area upstairs.  Make sure to inform your vendors!!  Once you get up the stairs, the room is a small to medium size with lots of character.
